A rising star 1Da Banton has shared fascinating insights regarding his partnership with Afrobeats musician Davido.

The singer talks about the surprising source of inspiration that inspired him to become a musician.

1Da Banton discussed his contributions to Davido’s songs after he appeared as a guest on the Afrobeats Podcast. He disclosed that he was the author of “No Competition”‘s lyrics.

Furthermore, 1Da Banton disclosed that he contributed to the production of “Na Money,” another Davido song that included “The Cavemen” and Grammy-winning Beninese vocalist Angelique Kidjo.

“I produced Davido’s ‘Na Money’ with Cavemen and wrote ‘No Competition’ featuring Asake,” he said.
