Young woman goes missing in Calabar
The family of a woman identified as Mrs. Janemarcel Ochang, also known as Mbua Bukie, is grappling with worry following her sudden disappearance in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River State.
The family’s concerns were amplified when they issued a statement indicating that she was last seen on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
Hailing from the Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State, Mrs. Bukie is the spouse of Mr. Marcel Ochang. The couple resides in the vicinity of 8 miles, situated around the TTC School axis within Calabar.
As per gathered information, it is understood that Mrs. Bukie embarked on a routine errand to Watt Market, intending to purchase essential items for her business and household.
She opted for a taxi from Muritala Mohammed Highway, navigating through Aka-Efa and the Goodluck Jonathan by-pass, en route to her shop located at Aka Ifa, specifically the Idun-Idun Roundabout.
Tragically, her whereabouts have remained unknown since that juncture.
The family’s distress has led them to implore anyone in possession of crucial information regarding Mrs. Bukie’s disappearance to reach out.
“Bukie is the wife of Mr. Marcel Ochang, from Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State. The couple lives at 8 miles, around the TTC School axis in Calabar.Â
It was gathered that she left the house Watt market to buy her business items and house staples.Â
She took a taxi from Muritala Mohammed Highway, following Aka-Efa through Goodluck Jonathan by-pass to her shop at Aka Ifa, Idun-Idun Roundabout. From there, she went missing till date.Â
