The young man pulled the playful prank on his mother, whom he labeled the funniest person.
As a young man walked behind his mother, he unexpectedly called out her name, “Dayo,” prompting her to turn around.
In Yoruba, she scolded him, asking if he had lost his senses. Undeterred, the young man continued his play, leading his mother to firmly remind him that she was his mother, not his friend.
“I’m your mum, not your friend,” she reminded him.
