Woman who declared herself ‘mummy twins’ in 2020 welcomes twins after 5 years

A Nigerian woman, Oluwakorede, has turned heads as she welcomes a set of twins, five years after publicly affirming her desire to be called “Mummy Twins.”

In August 2020, she took to X (formerly Twitter) to express her belief that she would give birth to twins.

She wrote;

“I’m going to give birth to twins sha. In about 2/3 years time y’all will call me mummy twins.”

On March 2, 2025, her vision became reality as she joyfully announced the arrival of her twins on the same platform.

“Update!!! Mummy twins is up and active,” she wrote, celebrating the fulfillment of her long-held desire.

Her story has since gained attention online, with many social media users congratulating her and praising the power of positive affirmations.
