Wizkid celebrates mother on her first posthumous birthday

Renowned Afrobeats sensation Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, celebrates his mother on her first posthumous birthday today.

It would be recalled that Wizkid’s mother, Mrs Jane Dolapo Balogun, passed away on August 18, 2023, in London after which she was buried in Nigeria.

Celebrating her posthumous birthday on the X platform, the “Ojuelegba” crooner expressed how much he misses his mother.

He prayed for everyone who has lost their mother, family member, or anyone close and still dealing with the struggle every day to be comforted by God.
