“Who would’ve taken care of my mum if this music didn’t work” — Rapper, Blaqbonez recounts university experience
Sensational Nigerian rapper, Blaqbonez has recounted how his time in the University almost made him become a depressed person.
Blaqbonez took to social micro-blogging platform Twitter to recount his experience back days in school.
According to the 25-year-old rapper, he felt like a failure because his more serious friends were reading their asses off in night classes while all he did was to rap.
He also revealed while his Engineering coursemates were getting A’s in various courses, and their future looking bright, he just continued dropping mixtapes on NotJustOk and really hoping they see it and post it online.
Blaqbonez said this in a series of tweets, while disclosing that he don’t know who would’ve taken care of his dear mother, if he never made it in the music industry.
“really grateful for how far I’ve come. I don’t know who would have been taking care of my mum if this music didn’t work”, Blaqbonez wrote in one of the most touching tweets ever.
