A Nigerian man expressed his discontent with the Guinness World Records following the recent dethronement of Hilda Baci’s cooking record by Alan Fisher, alleging that they overlooked Chef Dammy’s record.

Alan Fisher, who cooked for a staggering 119 hours and 57 minutes, has now officially become the record holder for the longest continuous cooking marathon.

The Guinness World Records organization recently confirmed Fisher’s remarkable achievement on its official website.

However, Chinedu Ihekwoaba questioned the integrity of the record-keeping institution, specifically referencing an alleged oversight regarding Chef Dammy’s extensive culinary endeavor.

Chef Dammy is said to have completed a 120-hour cook-a-thon in Ekiti, and had reportedly applied to be recognized by Guinness World Records for her impressive feat.

Ihekwoaba’s skepticism was evident in his words as he took to social media to voice his discontent.

He wrote;

“What about Chef Dammy’s record?

You have cheated us.

She cooked for seven days.”
