We’re compiling evidences to ensure trial of COAS Tukur Buratai before the International Criminal Court – Femi Falana (Video)

Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana has revealed that evidences are being compiled to ensure trial of Tukur Buratai before the International Criminal Court.

The Senior Advocate of Nigeria disclosed this in an appearance on Arise TV today October 21.

He also commended the young #EndSARS protesters for capturing photo and video evidences before and after the shooting at Lekki Toll Gate last night.

He said the need for trial of Buratai who is the Chief of Army Staff, COAS, is as a result of extra-judicial killings of #EndSARS protesters yesterday at Lekki toll gate.

Speaking further, Falana also recalled how Shiites members were allegedly shot dead in Kaduna state by soldiers who claimed they were blocking same COAS.

He noted that while compiling the needed evidences for the international trial, they will also approach local courts.
