WAEC result of girl who wants to study Mathematics goes viral

The WAEC result of a girl who wants to study Mathematics at Lagos State University (LASU) has captured the attention of social media users after her brother shared it online.

Anayo Chikamso Sylvia, a student at Mater Christi Secondary School in Awada Onitsha, captured many eyes with her impressive performance in the recent West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

In her WAEC results, Sylvia achieved distinctions in both General Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Her overall performance includes 5 A’s and 4 B’s.

Her brother, who shared the results on X (formerly Twitter) wrote:

“My sister’s WAEC result. She wants to study Mathematics at LASU. I’m proud to be her guardian.”
