Tinubu more intelligent than I thought ― Labour Party’s Lawmaker-elect
As many elected leaders across the country continue to meet with President Bola Tinubu, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, a House of Representatives Member-elect, Thursday expressed optimism that the President would serve Nigeria well, saying that he never knew he was very intelligent until he met him and heard him talk.
The lawmaker-elect in a short interview with Channels TV after he met with the President in Aso Rock Villa, Abuja, stated that Tinubu’s administration would make Nigeria better.
He said, “Today is my best day. I am so happy that I am an elected member. Seeing my president talking. In fact I never knew that this man is so intelligent.
“I never knew that this man is so prepared to serve this country. I saw the love, the charisma, the belief that Nigeria is going to be a better nation”.
Ogah was elected under the platform of the Labour Party in the 2023 general election to represent the Isiuakwato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency of Abia State at the House of Representatives.
Sharing a clip of Ogah’s short interview with Channels TV on Twitter, a former Minister of State for Employment, Festus Keyamo wrote,
“Politics is over and serious governance begins. It’s now one nation and one people. The Labour Party House of Representatives member from Abia State just displayed that spirit.”
