Days ago, an uproar had erupted after Aisha Buhari celebrated her daughter-in-law’s graduation from a university in UK despite the fact that federal university students are out of school due to the prolonged ASUU strike.

Various notable personalities have taken to social media pages to vehemently rebuke the act.

Cross has described Aisha Buhari’s decision to celebrate her daughter-in-law online as insensitive.

He pointed out the fact that she’s a mother to the citizens of Nigeria and since students are currently out of school, celebrating her inlaw’s graduation would feel like she’s rubbing it on the faces of Nigerian students.
