Thiago Motta is set to sign a three-year contract with Juventus today, according to multiple reports emanating from Italy.
Sportitalia reports that the former Italian international will meet with his agent Alessandro Canovi and Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli in Cascais, Portugal, to finalize the deal.
Giuntoli is said to have traveled Âto Portugal to discuss the latest transfer negotiations in person.
Juventus have been active in the transfer market, preparing to send goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny to Al-Nassr and finalizing a swap deal with Aston Villa for Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz.
Motta, who secured a Champions League spot with Bologna in the 2023-24 season, decided to leave the club at the end of his contract in June.
Reports on his salary at Juventus vary, with figures ranging from €3.5 million to €5 million per season.
