Student shares encounter with lecturer while recording video on walkway
A dramatic scene unfolded at Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti when a female student quickly reacted upon spotting an approaching lecturer.
The hilarious moment, captured on camera and shared on TikTok by @cynthiahairempire86, showed the student recording a video before abruptly fleeing the scene.
This video surfaced in the wake of a recent controversy at Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), where a student was expelled after engaging in a physical altercation with a lecturer. The clash reportedly began when the lecturer confronted her for recording a video of the walkway, leading to a fight in which she allegedly bit him.
Unlike the UNIZIK case, the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti video took a humorous turn, as the student swiftly ran, presumably to avoid being punished or having her phone seized.
The viral clip has since sparked mixed reactions on social media despite the lecturer’s actual intentions being unknown.
A social media user, Binna Bisong reacted, “That’s how it’s suppose to be. You don’t need to scared of them but give them the respect as your teachers and elders.”
Another user, Michael Abiodun stated, “Dem no born her well make she no carry ham. Fedpolad nah your mate. My school with doings.”
