“She always made me feel like I wasn’t good enough” – Ikechukwu on why his marriage crashed

Popular Nigerian rapper and actor, Ikechukwu Onunaku has stated that his marriage to Brunella Oscar has ended.

It is worth noting that the former Mohits rapper married his lover in May 2021 at a high-class wedding attended by the entertainment industry’s movers and shakers.

However, in an unfortunate turn of events, Ikechukwu has stated that their marriage dissolved due to irreconcilable issues.

The 40-year-old rapper revealed this in a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze when he discussed his marriage.

He mentioned gaslighting, fault-finding, and the influence of third parties as contributing causes to the dissolution of his marriage.

He also stated that his ex-wife oppressed him and continually made him feel inferior.

He said,

“My wife and I are no longer together. We separated due to irreconcilable differences. It wasn’t over infidelity. There were too much gaslighting, too much looking for faults, and too much listening to outsiders.

“I tried to save our marriage but I got to a point where I couldn’t tolerate my ex-wife’s excesses anymore and I showed her my other side and we couldn’t bear it.”
