“Sensible people don’t need explanation” – Wumi Toriola addresses misinterpreted reports over her recent interview
Nollywood actress, Wumi Toriola has addressed misinterpreted reports that has gone viral over her recent interview.
Recall that in an interview with Debbie Shokoya, the Yoruba actress claimed that as a single mother of one, she has no option except to accept life as it comes and no longer views herself as having one.
She went on to say that she would be willing to marry a widower or someone who had previously been married and had children.
But a lot of people misinterpreted what she said and created a misleading story about it.
She disclosed that she has been seeing many captions after the interview, particularly from Facebook, by sharing a screenshot of one of these fictitious narrative about her interview.
She stated that she wouldn’t be responding to them, though, since she thinks that no rational person need an explanation.
In her words: “Facebook people…na another world Dem dey. No caption I never see after the podcast. Sensible people nor need explanation. Na una go explain tire nor be me. Dem still give me age join”.
