Sancho misses Manchester United pre-season training

Jadon Sancho’s future at Manchester United remains uncertain as the winger was notably absent from the club’s pre-season training on Monday.

Sancho, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund following a public fallout with United manager Erik ten Hag, was expected to report back for duty.

However, he was not featured in the social media images released by the club, which showed players like Marcus Rashford, Casemiro, and Mason Mount.

Meanwhile, fellow outcast Mason Greenwood was present at Carrington with his representatives, attempting to negotiate a move away from the club.

Club sources have remained tight-lipped regarding Sancho’s training status, according talkSPORT.

With Ten Hag recently signing a contract extension and no indication of reconciliation between the two, it appears unlikely that Sancho, who cost United £73 million, has a future at Old Trafford.

Juventus are reportedly among the clubs interested in offering the ex-England winger an escape route.
