Roma, Milan discuss swap deal involving former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham
AS Roma and AC Milan are reportedly exploring a swap deal that could see Roma’s Tammy Abraham and Milan’s Alexis Saelemaekers switch clubs.
According to sources including Sky Sport Italia, Milan are considering Abraham as a potential addition to bolster their attack.
Milan’s interest in the former Chelsea man, Abraham has persisted throughout the summer, but a deal is contingent on the sale of Luka Jovic before the transfer window closes.
Should Jovic depart, Milan would be left with only Alvaro Morata as their senior striker, making Abraham an appealing option to fill the void.
For Roma, the deal could address their need for a new winger, even though Paulo Dybala is expected to remain at the Stadio Olimpico for the upcoming season.
With the transfer window closing soon, both clubs are likely to intensify talks to broker the deal.
