Real Madrid 3-1 Stuttgart: Endrick becomes Madrid’s youngest scorer in Champions League

Real Madrid kicked off their Champions League title defense with a 3-1 win over Stuttgart at the Santiago Bernabeu.

While it wasn’t the most polished performance, Carlo Ancelotti’s men did enough to secure the three points.

The first half was an open affair, with both teams creating chances, but neither could find the back of the net.

However, less than 30 seconds into the second half, Kylian Mbappe marked his Champions League debut for Real Madrid by slotting home after a fine assist from Rodrygo Goes.

Stuttgart fought back and equalized in the 65th minute when Deniz Undav headed in a powerful cross, leaving Thibaut Courtois stranded.

The setback was brief as Madrid regained control, and Antonio Rudiger put them ahead in the 83rd minute with a header from Luka Modric’s corner.

In the final minutes, 18-year-old Endrick Felipe sealed the win, becoming Real Madrid’s youngest player to score in the Champions League.
