Rashford’s Range Rover hit by suspected ‘drink driver’ leaving teammate Malacia hospitalized
A suspected drink-driver crashed into Marcus Rashford’s Range Rover, resulting in his Manchester United teammate Tyrell Malacia requiring hospital checks.
The England forward was in his vehicle when it was struck by a black Mercedes, according to reports.
Rashford, 25, his passenger and United defender Malacia, were advised to seek medical attention.
SunSport reports that the incident in Wilmslow, Cheshire, saw Police officers arrest the 55-year-old Mercedes driver on suspicion of drink-driving.
She was also subsequently taken to the Hospital for examination.
Dutch international Malacia, 24, and his teammate have since been cleared by doctors and were back with United’s squad.
