“Proud moment” – Adekunle Gold cries profusely after selling out Wembley Arena
Afrobeat singer, Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, known professionally as Adekunle Gold sobs inconsolably after selling out London’s Wembley Arena.
In a now-viral video, the singer—who recently inspired sickle cell survivors with a touching message—was seen sobbing following his sold-out performance at Wembley Arena with his wife Simi and daughter beside him.
In the background, a man was also audibly praying and thanking God for the singer’s success.
It is worth nothing that In Wembley, London, England, Wembley Arena is an indoor arena adjacent to Wembley Stadium. With 12,500 seats capacity, it is the ninth-largest indoor arena in the UK and the second-largest in London, behind The O2 Arena.
Afrobeat superstar, Burna Boy is the first Nigerian artist to sell out at Wembley Arena.
