Police invites skit maker, Trinity Guy following child abuse content

Abdullahi Adisa, a well-known skit maker based in Ibadan and widely recognized as Trinity Guy, has been summoned by the police for his provocative pranks, including child abuse content.

This comes following the attention of the Nigeria Police called multiple times to the skit maker’s unconventional pranks.

In his latest skit, Trinity Guy used a child for suggestive content which was deemed inappropriate and flagged as child abuse by many.

In a statement released on Thursday, SP Osifeso Adewale, the spokesperson for the Oyo State Police Command, announced that Trinity was summoned over his disturbing content involving a female minor.

In his words, “Popular content creator, Abdullahi Maruf Adisa AKA Trinity, has been contacted and invited at the Oyo State Police Command in connection with the disturbing viral skit content making the rounds across the social media space concerning a female minor.

“The slightly above 38-second video clearly depicted the sexualization of a female minor who was compelled in a conversation with the skit maker to describe his genitals.

“Moving forward, the Oyo State Police Command genuinely appreciates the energy and effort invested by every creative mind in his/her craft.

“The command, however, appeals strongly against offending the sensibilities of others through violence, sexual abuse, and other extremities in the name of entertainment.”
