Physically challenged man calls out GTBank for keeping him under the sun for hours without attending to him

A physically challenged man identified as Ibrahim O. Omotosho has taken to Twitter to reveal the sad experience he had at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).

“@gtbank Abeokuta Branch, when will you make your banking hall wheelchair accessible? After being kept under the sun for close to 2hrs I just had to do something.

I drove straight to their security van and parked behind the vans. This alerted the security guys and they came towards me.

I explained my plight and it was a scene. Eventually, I was asked to go back to the parking lot and they would send someone to come attend to me.

I still had to wait for almost another 40 minutes under the sun. @gtbank this is quite pathetic to say the least. Do better please. This is the umpteenth time.”

Dear @gtbank Abeokuta Branch, when will you make your banking hall wheelchair accessible? I'm presently waiting under the sun to be attended to. Or will you have my ATM CARD delivered to my office? Thank you.
