Pastor refuses to refund money after receiving N1M instead of N100K
Police officers visit a pastor who refused to refund a young man who accidentally sent him the sum of N1M instead of N100K.
An unidentified preacher made headlines after attributing money mistakenly transferred to him by a congregation as a gift to God.
In the video, the church member could be seen marching into the pastor’s house with police officers while accusing him to his face.
According to the congregant, he sent the clergyman the sum of N100 but mistakenly sent a million naira. Efforts to reach the pastor for a refund proved abortive as he insisted on withholding the excess as a gift to God.
This triggered the church member to involve the police for ease of getting his money back from the preacher.
