“Our national treasure” – Singer, Falz, begs for prayers as he undergoes surgery abroad (Video)

Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz has begged for prayers as he undergoes surgery in London, United Kingdom.

Falz disclosed this in an emotional video posted via his instagram page. He stated that he sustained a knee injury last year while playing football and was asked to go for surgery.

Falz narrated:

“On the 23rd of November I went to play football and I sustained a knee injury. And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I did my ACL.

“My MRI came back and it shows that there is a complete tear on my ACL. I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it”.

He solicited for prayers from his fans and well wishers in the video captioned,

“Current situation. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me.”

Celebrities like Funke Akindele, Toke Makinwa, Mr Macaroni, Ufuoma McDermott and several others wished him a speedy recovery via his comments section.
