Not all actresses are ‘ASHAWO’, stop generalizing – Uche Ogbodo issues stern warning
Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has issued a stern warning to whom it concerns asking people to stop tagging all actresses as “ashawo”.
There have been several rumors tarnishing the image of Nollywood actresses due to the lifestyle some of them live. People have the perception that most Nollywood actresses live extravagant lifestyles because they sleep with men for money.
Taking to her Instagram story, Uche stated that not all female celebrities are prostitutes. She hammered on the fact that most female actresses believe in hard work and also don’t mind dating a guy for 5-10 years whether he is wealthy or not.

Some still dey we be hard workers! Decent! Respect their bodies!
No be every actress body dey street ooo. Actresses are like every woman in general. Some nah ASHAWO, while some believe in hard work and running different hustles. Even some are contractors who actually do major contracts in millions.
Stop generalizing and selling all actresses short! Enough is Enough!
