Actress, Laide Bakare slams trolls who extensively criticized the outfit she wore to her book launch event.
Following one year of teasing, the movie star finally launched her book this past weekend. Laide hosted a book launch party, and while there, she was photographed with an orange cape and white attire, which led to social drags.
While reacting to this Laide Bakare revealed that the outfit and skit was designed by her and trolls do not know better than her.
She added another post wondering why critics weren’t talking about her human hair which cost 1.8 million naira.
Laide Bakare wrote;
“My stage performance costume, that got them talking But wait o, shebi Na me write script and design d costume How come you now know better than the owner? Open your brain. It’s A costume for a stage play. Ori yin ma ti ku o. O which kain over sabi dey worry una self?”.
In another post, she wrote:
