Nigerian man steals boss’s car on first day of work, takes it to church for pastor’s blessing
A 36-year-old Nigerian man has sparked conversation on social media after he stole his boss’s car on his first day of work and took it to church to seek the pastor’s blessings, claiming it was his own.
This was revealed in a post made available on a popular social media platform, X, formerly known as Twitter, by a user.
In the video, the Nigerian man, who did not reveal his face, stated that he is 36 years old while being questioned by news correspondents.
The incident, which occurred about 10 days ago, was narrated by the man.
He explained that on his first day of work, he stole his boss’s car, took it to church, and told the pastor that the car belonged to him and that he had just bought it, asking for the pastor’s blessings.
He added that his intention was to use the car for Uber.
However, his plan was unsuccessful as he was eventually tracked and arrested by the police, after which he was paraded.
