Nigerian entrepreneur narrates how an employee he sent to Dubai for training resigned upon return

A Nigerian businessman identified as Ose Anenih has taken to his Twitter account to narrate his bitter experience with an employee he sent to Dubai for training.

According to the man, he sent one of his employee to Dubai last week, paid for his training only for him(employee) to hand in a resignation letter when he returned.

“This life. Sent an architect to Dubai last week to ‘broaden his creative horizons’. Paid so he could attend trainings there, help him be more effective for the company, bcos even in a tight economy, skill sells. My guy just handed in a resignation letter. I’m in sifia pains.”, he tweeted.

In another Tweet he wrote;

“Anyway I wish him well. He was a good kid, and a talented architect. Just painful that we’ve invested in his next company’s growth.”
