Nigerian basketball team honor Sound Sultan with a warm-up shirt inscribed with his face (Video)

The Nigerian basketball team, D’Tigers has honoured the veteran singer, Sound Sultan who passed away on the 11th day of July 2021 by inscribing his face on their warm-up shirt.

It is said that Sound Sultan used to be a Basketball lover before his death. This display is coming after the team dedicated their victory against Argentina to the late singer also.

As a way of paying their last respect to him, the team also observed a one minute silence before their game against Australia last night.

A video showed the players fondling with the inscribed area of the shirt which goes a long way to depict solidarity.
