“Na to teach them benefits of smoking with this salary”— Reactions as NYSC corper reveals he gets N2000 from his PPA monthly

An NYSC corper has cried out publicly after getting a paltry sum of N2000 salary as payment for the month from his PPA.

He took to his account on the microblogging platform, X, @OmHaddy, to lament his struggles with the scheme.

Despite being a first class student and the best graduating student of his faculty and department, he was not spared from the harsh reality of the establishment.

 

The corper who is serving in Abuja admitted that the monthly salary is not enough to fend for his feeding and transport for a day.

He added that the scheme is needless but a necessary evil if one wants to work in the 9-5 sector.
