“My life savings” – Man cries out as person he mistakenly sent N200k withdraws everything, refuses to return the money

A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to seek assistance after mistakenly transferring the sum of N200k to someone who allegedly refused to return the money.

Identified as @fikkybadmane on Twitter, Mohammed revealed that he accidentally sent N200,000 to a person named Udochukwu Festus Eleberi.

Shockingly, Udochukwu Festus promptly withdrew the entire amount, leaving Mohammed in a distressing situation.

Upon realizing the error, Mohammed attempted to contact Udochukwu Festus to rectify the mistake.

He went a step further, offering Udochukwu Festus N20,000 as an incentive to return the remaining N180,000.

Initially, Udochukwu Festus agreed to the arrangement but later changed his mind, frustrating Mohammed’s attempts to retrieve his money.

Expressing his frustration on Twitter, Mohammed posted a screenshot of the transaction along with a plea for assistance.

“Mistakenly sent 200k to this person now. I called and offered him 20,000 from the money. He agreed at first & now he is hanging up every sec. I Called Opay CS it was confirmed he withdrew all the funds immediately. Twitter do your thing. his phone number,” he wrote.
