Though Bro. Mohan C. Lazarus was raised according to his family’s robust native religious heritage, the LORD’s mantle fell on this frail-looking child.

Because of his upbringing, he used to have heated debates with anyone who preached about Jesus. His frail mind could only associate Jesus with the Buddha and Gandhi, and nothing else.

He couldn’t fathom Jesus’ divinity. Furthermore, the indoctrination he had received had resulted in hatred for both Jesus and his followers!

In this case, he was severely impacted by an unidentified cardiac condition during his early teen years, technically speaking, in his fourteenth year.

His heart began to bulge out more visibly as a result of the expensive medical treatments that failed to cure him. His body was paralyzed as a result, and he was confined to bed. His days had begun to count down.

Nonetheless, Mohan C Lazarus devoted parents did not give up hope. They prayed to every deity and goddess with numerous vows and pledges, except the Christian ‘deity’ Jesus, whose name was anathema to them.

Despite having lost all hope, he began a new chapter in his life! The LORD Jesus’ previously unfathomable caring love and soothing grace cleaned his body, soul, and mind.
