Mohamed Salah’s house in Egypt burgled by thieves
Liverpool star, Mohamed Salah’s house in Egypt has been burgled and several devices are reported missing.
One of Salah’s relatives alerted the police of the incident, stating he noticed an open window and a mess in one of the villa’s rooms while stopping by. He also reported that several items, including satellite TV receivers were missing.
Cops are now spooling through CCTV footage and interviewing security staff at the property as they search for the crooks.
The Public Prosecution office in Cairo confirmed they have opened a case as they investigate the break-in.
The incident comes on a difficult weekend for Salah. The Liverpool forward missed a penalty as the Reds slumped to a shock 1-0 defeat to struggling Bournemouth in the Premier League.
