“Mercy and I are better off as just friends” – Ike Onyema
Reality star, Ike Onyema opens up on his reason for not wanting to rekindle his relationship with Mercy Eke.
Popular reality personality, Ike Onyema had opened up on the reason why he didn’t try to win back Mercy Eke after they both showed up at BBNaija ‘All Stars’ edition.
He spoke on this while being interviewed on the latest episode of The Big Friday Show on Cool FM with reality star, Tacha Akide.
He revealed that he and Mercy Eke would better off being just friends as opposed to being in a romantic relationship together.
Ike Onyema emphasized that he didn’t approach the influencer with the intention of restarting their relationship since past experiences between other couples have shown that it doesn’t usually pan out well.
He said:
“I didn’t rekindle my relationship with Mercy in the just concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season because we are better off as friends. At least for me, I always feel like when you go back to an ex, you might not always get what you want.”
