Mentally challenged woman gives birth to baby in Delta
A mentally challenged woman has welcomed a bouncing baby at a market in Ughelli, Delta State.
Video from the incident was seen making the rounds on social media.
Market women gathered to help the mentally challenged woman deliver her baby where she was at the marketplace.
Although the baby’s gender wasn’t revealed, market women wrapped the baby in a wrapper and kept wishing the exhausted mother congratulations.
