Market women turn down free N100k cash from skit maker (Video)
A Nigerian skit maker identified as Teaser Prank on social media, conducted a social experiment at a popular market in Lagos, intending to give away N100k for free as a gesture of goodwill.
However, the experiment took an unexpected turn when all the traders at the market refused to accept the generous offer.
In a video shared on his social media page, the skit maker was seen approaching different women at the market, holding the N100,000 wrapped in a stack with a rubber band.
Strikingly, he remained silent throughout the experiment, not uttering a word to the women, which immediately raised suspicion among the market traders.
As he extended the money towards the women, they seemed hesitant and apprehensive. Instead of welcoming the unexpected windfall, the market women expressed fear and unease, rejecting the offer outright.
Despite Teaser Prank’s insistence on giving away the cash for free, the traders rebuffed his attempts with a mix of concern and reluctance.
