“Many Nigerians Don’t Respect You Until They Think You Have money” – Man Narrates His Ordeal With A Rude Bank Officer

A Nigeria Businessman, Sammy Desh has lamented over the poor customer service he received from a banker, only because she thought he is poor.

Sammy Desh who felt displeased with the kind of treatment he got from the bank customer service representative, decided to express himself publicly on social media, through a widely known platform, Twitter.

According to him, immediately the banker saw the amount in his domiciliary bank account, she started talking to him with respect.

In his words: “Many Nigerians don’t respect you until they think you have money. Was at the bank to complain about a 15k POS dispute, & the customer rep spoke to me like i was there to beg until she also saw my Dom account.  We need to do better as a people cos everyone deserves respect.”
