Manchester United held to 2-2 draw by Tottenham despite taking lead twice

Manchester United faced a 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur in a lively Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils surrendered their lead twice, after Rasmus Hojlund’s three minutes opener.

However, Tottenham fought back, with Richarlison equalizing for Spurs with a header in the 19th minute.

The Red Devils regained their lead just before halftime, courtesy of a stunning goal from Marcus Rashford.

Again, Tottenham responded swiftly after the break, as Rodrigo Bentancur found the back of the net to level the score at 2-2.

The back-and-forth battle continued throughout out the game, but ended with both teams sharing the points.
