Man recounts how fellow Nigerian stopped his employment as manager in a company in UK

A man narrates an unpleasant experience with a fellow Nigerian who stopped his employment as a manager in a company in UK, as he warns against trusting too much.

The man known as @Elmatardorr took to his social media page to reveal that he went for an interview after applying for a managerial role at a company in the UK.

He stated that the interviewer had found him impressive although, he expressed his misgivings since he wasn’t much experienced in working in the industry.

@elmatardoor revealed that he managed to convince him to give him a trial, following which it was arranged for him to undergo training at another branch, under someone who isn’t just a Nigerian, but one who spoke his dialect.

He revealed that they had started somewhat on the right foot until the man checked his LinkedIn and began to question how he got the role because he somewhat believed he isn’t capable of handling the role.

@Elmatardorr noted that the rest of his experience with the Nigerian was fraught with problems, and instead of showing him the ropes, he was using him like a casual worker.

The Nigerian man gave his assessment to the hiring manager who notified him that the result he got wasn’t really a good one and wouldn’t be able to offer him the role anymore.
