Man recounts how father stopped talking to him after he dropped out of law

23-year-old Nigerian man opens up on how his father stopped talking to him after he chose to drop out of studying law.

The young man revealed that it was never his dream to get into the law profession to be a lawyer.

However, his father wanted him to study the course by force.

He stated that his father wanted to brag to his friends that his son is a lawyer, at the expense of his own desires and aspirations.

The man revealed that he had gotten a lot of bad grades and at final year, he decided to drop out of the course.

However, he made no revelation about the university he had dropped out from.

His father who was much disappointed stopped talking to him ever since.

He shared his story while reacting to a similar story of a young man who was made by his parents to study what he had no passion for.

“So painful but my dad made me study law because he wanted to say it to his friends that his son is a lawyer…I dropped out in my final year due to bad grades
he doesn’t talk to me anymore.I’m just 23″
