Man receives loaf of bread, yoghurt as Man of the Match award in Uganda

The Nigerian social media space has massively reacted to an unusual award presented to a Ugandan footballer for his sublime performance in a domestic league game.

The young player, who was voted the Man of the match in the league game was presented with a loaf of bread and a bottle of Yoghurt as his award.

Hilarious reactions trailed the pictures of the player whose facial expression apparently appreciated his award.

Amusingly, netizens drew attention to the write-up, ”Man of the match”, and a logo of the domestic league which was visibly inscribed on the bread label.
