#LekkiMassacre: Ask your children to represent Nigeria in coming games, John Ogu tells politicians
Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu, has told Nigerian politicians to get ready to ask their children to represent Nigeria in forthcoming Super Eagles matches.
His submission is coming in the wake of unlawful shooting and killing of #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate yesterday, October 20, 2020.
Ogu described the ongoing onslaught of #EndSARS protesters in Nigeria as devastating.
Taking to his verified Twitter handle, he expressed his sadness with broken heart emoji.
Nigerian youths for about 13 consecutive days have on roads and streets protesting against the extrajudicial killings of Nigerians by members of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS.
He tweeted, “The Politicians should ask[ed] their children to go and represent Nigeria in the next @NGSuperEagles , @thenff upcoming games . ???”
