Lady breaks the internet as she celebrates matriculation with improper English
A lady has gone viral on social media after celebrating her matriculation into a Nigerian university with a statement containing significant grammatical errors.
The viral post, which surfaced on TikTok, featured the lady‘s face alongside several photos from her matriculation ceremony.
However, it was her unusual choice of words that caught the attention of users.
In her celebratory message, she wrote: “Happy matriskulation to humble me. Happy is me and my cos meat.”
The statement, filled with incorrect grammar and misspellings, quickly sparked reactions online. The word “matriskulation” was a misspelling of “matriculation,” while “cos meat” was believed to be a failed attempt at saying “course mates.”
Despite the errors, her post garnered widespread attention, with many users finding humor in the innocent mistakes while others pointed out the importance of proper grammar in public posts.
Her message was intended to celebrate her admission into university, but it has since become a viral moment for its unintended language blunders.
