Lady allegedly hijacks ritual sacrifice she saw in a river, takes it home to make chicken barbecue

A Nigerian lady has shocked many on the internet after allegedly making chicken barbecue with a bird that had been used for a ritual sacrifice.

This was revealed in a post circulating on X (formerly Twitter).

According to the post, the lady was on a canoe journey when she came across chickens hung on a stick, seemingly part of a ritual.

She allegedly took one of the chickens, removed it, and took it home, where she made barbecue with it, as described by the poster.
