Kylian Mbappé’s camp unconvinced by Real Madrid’s asking price
Kylian Mbappé’s anticipated transfer to Real Madrid is facing uncertainty as his camp is unconvinced by the Spanish club’s offer.
According to reports from The Athletic, this hesitation has contributed to the delay in Mbappé’s final decision on his future club.
Real Madrid’s current contract offer is believed to be lower than their previous proposal in 2021, which included a €130 million signing bonus and an annual wage of €26 million.
In contrast, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has reportedly presented Mbappé with various contract options, both short-term and long-term, in an effort to persuade him to stay.
Despite PSG’s efforts, they are reportedly pessimistic about their chances of retaining Mbappé beyond this season.
The club has been preparing for the possibility of Mbappé’s departure since last summer, although they would be delighted if he chose to remain with his hometown team.
