Kurt Zouma’s raid seventh robbery attack on EPL stars homes in two years
Kurt Zouma fell victim to a traumatic break-in at his Essex home, becoming the latest Premier League star targeted by organised criminals.
The robbers, described as an “organised gang,” escaped with £100,000 worth of cash and jewellery, marking the seventh such incident in two years involving footballers.
The disconcerting trend began in December 2021 when Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo confronted raiders at his Hale home.
Subsequent attacks targeted homes of prominent football figures, including Paul Pogba, Victor Lindelof, Jesse Lingard, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Raheem Sterling.

Lindelof’s terrified wife, Maja, took refuge with their two young sons in a bathroom during the attack.

September 2022: Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain faced a break-in at his Cheshire home while he was present with his fiancée, and their young son.
December 2022: Chelsea ace Raheem Sterling rushed home from the Qatar World Cup after raiders targeted his Surrey residence.
