Manchester United rival Chelsea, PSG for Victor Osimhen’s signature

Manchester United rival Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain for Napoli star striker Victor Osimhen, Gistreel understands.

The Nigeria international is set to play his last game for Napoli this weekend against Lecce, as the club prepares for his potential departure.

Osimhen, who was Serie A’s top scorer last season, has a release clause of €130 million.

His impressive performances have attracted huge interest from top European clubs, with Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG top on the list.

 

While Gazzetta reports that Osimhen dreams of joining Chelsea, this has yet to be made official by the player himself.

Meanwhile, in anticipation of Osimhen’s departure, Napoli are said to be scouting potential replacements.

Leading the list is Jonathan David, Canadian striker from Lille, followed by Artem Dovbyk of Girona.

Additionally, Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku has been mentioned as a possible inclusion in a swap deal for Osimhen.
