Junior Pope: Alleged boat driver in viral video identified as a content creator
Movie producer, Stanley Ontop debunks the reports made by an individual in a viral video alleging to be the boat involved in Junior Pope‘s accident, identifying him as a content creator.
In the widely circulated video, this individual asserted that the late actor declined to rent a life jacket due to financial constraints.
The alleged boat driver stated that he alongside some other passengers, adamantly proclaimed their faith in divine protection, refusing to yield to the river’s dangers.
However, Stanley clarified that the person in question is a content creator who crafted the video to gain influence and attention, rather than being the genuine captain of the ill-fated boat.
In a statement via his Instagram Story, Stanley ridiculed the falseness of the report, stating;
“There’s a video of a guy that is going viral now who said he’s the boat driver. Plc everyone should disregard that video. The guy on that video claiming to be the boat driver is a content creator.
“He is not the real boat driver. Is fake and false news. Everyone should disregard that post. Get your information right before posting, na me go tell una svaten sup for that place. Leave all these people wa Dey chase clout.”
