“Imagine giving a big boy like me N3k instead of N50k” – 30-year-old man calls out mother
A 30-year-old Nigerian man calls out his mother for depriving him of basic needs while growing up and how she still gives him stipends at his age.
A video making the rounds on social media captured a street interview session between a media personality, Timi Agbaje and a musician.
Timi asked the man to share the greatest pain in life that he can never forget, and his first response was how his mother poorly raised him.
According to the 30-year-old man, his mother deprived him of basic financial needs despite claiming to love him. He cited an example of how at his age, she still gives him stipends, instead of serious money for his upkeep.
“I don’t like the way my mum brought me up. She brought me up badly, not the way I desired to be. She brought me up with so much lack. I need good wealth. Imagine a big boy like me, 3k-5k; it’s too little. I expect her to be giving me up to N50K. My mother loves me but doing the way I want her to be. Her giving to me is not accurate,” he said in part.
