‘I need a job’ – Nigerian lady who graduated with first class, laments

The rate of unemployment is very high in the country and individuals often try to gain higher levels of education with the hope that it would give them an edge in the labour market.

However, that is not always the case seeing as people with very good grades and master degrees are also unemployed.

A Nigerian lady identified as Agatha Dansofo on Twitter took to the microblogging site to lament her state of joblessness despite having good grades from school.

According to her, she graduated with a First Class in International Relations and can speak french fluently.

“I NEED A JOB. I graduated with a First Class in International Relations and I speak French. Pls I need this. J’ai besoin d’un travail. J’ai fini avec distinction a l’université. J’ai etudié Rélation Internationale et Je parle la langue français.”, she tweeted.
